1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and meriah4d ("meriah4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sportsbook and casino platform accessible at meriah4d.casa ("Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the meriah4d Platform.

This Agreement is provided in the English language. In the event of any conflict between translations and the English version, the English text shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a User's Account, including real-money and eligible bonus components as separately tracked.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any staking activity conducted through the sportsbook or casino products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free-bet awards subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age and payment verification.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default account currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Services" means all sportsbook, live betting, casino, live dealer and related products made available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be played through before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account. meriah4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Jurisdiction

The Platform is directed primarily at users located in Malaysia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. meriah4d does not warrant that the Services are legally available in any particular location outside Malaysia.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

All registration details — including full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and payment information — must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.5 Excluded Persons

Employees, contractors and close family members of meriah4d and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player accounts or place bets on the Platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form with all required details and confirm your acceptance of this Agreement. meriah4d may require additional documentary verification before activating an Account.

4.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share login credentials with any third party. meriah4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification

meriah4d may require KYC documentation — including a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport or other government-issued document — before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. meriah4d reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee or to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy communicated to the registered email address.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Supported Methods

Deposits to a meriah4d Account may be made using the payment channels listed on the Platform's cashier page. Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong bank transfers, subject to account eligibility and availability at the time of transaction.

5.2 Currency

All Account balances and transactions are denominated in MYR. Deposits made in a different currency may be subject to conversion at a rate determined by the applicable payment processor.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section of the Platform and may differ by payment method. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

5.4 Deposit Verification

meriah4d may request confirmation that a deposit has been made from a payment account registered in the same name as the meriah4d Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned minus associated transaction costs.

5.5 Declined Transactions

meriah4d is not liable for any charges, losses or delays caused by declined transactions or processing failures originating with the User's bank or payment provider.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may be requested once (a) KYC verification has been completed; (b) all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled; (c) the requested amount does not exceed the applicable withdrawal limit; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no outstanding investigations.

6.2 Processing Times

Approved withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. meriah4d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal to a new or different payment destination.

6.4 Withholding

meriah4d reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of this Agreement, pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall apply in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless they have been directly associated with a bonus. Wagering requirements must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of promotions, use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any other conduct that meriah4d reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in cancellation of bonuses, reversal of associated winnings and may lead to permanent Account closure.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus balances will be forfeited without compensation.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

A bet is accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation message displayed on the Platform. meriah4d reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet at its discretion and without being required to provide a reason.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Odds

Where a bet is placed on odds that result from a material pricing error or technical malfunction, meriah4d reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies to clearly erroneous odds across any market, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other fixtures covered by the Platform.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Bet limits are displayed within each market or game. meriah4d may apply individual account-level limits at its discretion where this is considered appropriate for risk management or responsible gambling purposes.

8.4 Results and Disputes

All results are determined in accordance with the relevant sport's governing body's official result or, in the case of casino games, the platform's certified game engine. In the event of a dispute, the decision of meriah4d — following internal review — is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

1. Providing false or misleading registration information.
2. Opening more than one Account, whether individually or jointly with another person.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation.
4. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
5. Laundering funds or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
6. Exploiting software errors, malfunctions or undocumented features in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
7. Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location.
8. Facilitating access by any person under the age of 21.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.

meriah4d reserves the right to take immediate action in response to prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities.

10. Suspension & Closure

meriah4d may suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where (a) the User has breached this Agreement; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) the User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy; or (d) meriah4d determines that continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation or permanently forfeited upon a finding of material breach. Where no breach is found, net real-money balances will be returned to the User through an available payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or verification steps.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. The request will be processed once all pending bets have been settled and any outstanding verification requirements have been met.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meriah4d, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or economic loss arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, system interruptions or the results of individual bets.

meriah4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures or events beyond the reasonable control of meriah4d may result in temporary unavailability. meriah4d's aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the meriah4d Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and game content licensed from third-party providers — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, framing, scraping or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written consent from meriah4d is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy & Data

meriah4d collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing and service operation. The full scope of data collection, processing purposes, retention periods and User rights is set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data at any time by contacting the support team.

14. Responsible Gambling

meriah4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. Gambling should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of financial recovery. The Platform offers optional self-limit controls, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools.

meriah4d reserves the right to implement involuntary account restrictions where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behaviour. For further guidance, see the dedicated Responsible Gambling section of this Platform.

15. Amendments

meriah4d reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address. The revised terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through meriah4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

This Agreement is written in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English text and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
